Shipping Policy

Shipping options, costs, and delivery estimates are shown during checkout before an order is submitted.

Service Area

Lion’s Den 1931 currently ships to valid addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Processing Time

In-stock orders are normally prepared for shipment within one to two business days, excluding weekends and observed holidays. High-volume periods or product-specific handling requirements may extend processing time.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates begin after a carrier accepts the shipment. Carrier delays, severe weather, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our control may affect arrival dates. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking may require time to update after the shipping label is created.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address must be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.

Missing or Damaged Deliveries

If tracking shows delivery but your package cannot be located, check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, and carrier notices before contacting us. Report damaged packages promptly and retain the product and packaging while the claim is reviewed.
